Dean R. Brownhill, MBA, M.Ed.,President

With more than three decades of education administration and business development experience, Dean brings a wealth of expertise to his role as founder and President of Access Education. He has served in a variety of capacities in higher education including; President of Kee Business College and President of DeVry Atlanta Metro colleges, Vice President of Operations/Chief Operations Officer for Concorde Colleges, a 12-campus education corporation, and Vice President of Operations for Corinthian Colleges, managing a 9-campus education corporation. Dean’s experience in developing education organizations extends from initial market evaluation and regulatory compliance, facility and site selection, human resources and staffing, operations management, and budget development. Dean holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, a Master of Education Administration (M.Ed.) degree, and a Graduate Certification in Human Resources Management (GHRM).

Drawing on this depth of education administration and business development experience, Dean founded the Towne Lake Driving School. His initial goal was to effectively meet community needs for superior quality driver training in the Woodstock Georgia area. Full regulatory compliance in all programs was achieved, and programs were developed and offered in teen driver training, adult driver training, defensive driving and others, both in the on-line and in-class formats. Within a short time, Towne Lake Driving School has become the premier training facility of its kind in the North Atlanta area, and a fixture within the community.

Dean then founded Access Education and Access Education Franchise Company as outgrowths of TLDS to provide select individuals with the opportunity to operate an Access Education training center after the successful pattern of Towne Lake Driving School. This allows individuals to have the benefit of a system of operations that has proven to be successful, and most importantly to have the direct benefit of Dean’s more than 30 years of education administration and business development experience. In addition, Access Education franchisees have direct training and development, as well as continued support and guidance to assist individual operations to achieve their full potential. Access Education’s emphasis on high-quality training, and on professionalism, within a well-developed educational format has provided the basis not only for the Towne Lake Driving School’s success, but for all Access Education locations.
